Good healthy options with a pretty large selection of different white fish. I love that they carry 2 different types of sea bass (branzino and barramundi), rock fish, catfish, swai, tilapia. For the non white fish they offer salmon, ahi tuna, shrimp, and chicken. We went there after a family member had a stroke and wanted to have a healthier eat-out meal. We got the rock fish, branzino, barramundi, and Atlantic salmon. They were all grilled with seasoned olive oil. The rock fish was a bit tougher. Branzino was done perfectly, it is one of my favorite fish. The barramundi was also cooked well and the texture is softer than branzino. There are still the less healthy options like deep fried fish and chips. You get to choose 2 sides for each plate. The brown rice is a bit wet but still fine (we're Asian so we're picky with our rice). The white rice is western style where each grain separates almost like pasta.
