I ordered Salmon. It was pretty good but not great. Have not had great Salmon in months in this area. It was better than other resturaunts. Burger deal is available on Monday's. Very Delicious and a GREAT value. Will be back for that. No prob with parking but we went on a Monday for lunch. Parking: Bearden area, Kingston Pike.
Beers as big as your head? Check Melt in your mouth bacon wrapped burnt ends? Check! Delicious and mouth watering sausage plate? Hellz yes! Best side salad in town? Damn straight! If you’re debating between Calhouns and any other BBQ place or Aubrey’s, Calhouns is the best hands down! Service was impeccable and though the river front location is closer to home and a bit more scenic, the one in Bearden might be our new go to.
We had a wonderful dinner tonight. Our server was wonderful, I wish I had caught her name. I had the Ale steak , it was the best steak I had ever had. I get my steaks well done so sometimes they don’t turn out so great. We also had the kids Chicken tenders & salad and Chicken & bbq
