I really enjoyed the food here. The location is interesting, appearing to be a former stately home. Everyone who served us was lovely as well. Of course, most importantly, the food was delicious as well. We tried many pasta dishes, and each of them was very flavorful and rich. The gnocchi was a particular favorite. Then, we had to try dessert. I was a big fan of the chocolate hazelnut mousse cake, but the sorbetto was surprisingly good as well. It was extremely refreshing and just the right amount of sweetness. The only, very minor, complaint that I have is that extra rolls cost $1.25 each. I feel like bread should be given freely at a place like this! Otherwise, no complaints! Vegetarian options: My brother got the vegetarian meatballs, and they were surprisingly good!
Our son took us here. It was a great experience in a classic location. All the food was delicious. I had the braised ribs. They were yummy. I would like to come back for other selections. Great service. Food was not long. Love the bread. Willard be back. Highly recommended.
We went for lunch and enjoyed the Pollo Alla Gratella, Sausage Polenta, Mushroom Polenta, and Lasagna. Everyone loved their dishes and our table service was great - very friendly server, orders were taken in a timely manner, food was prepared quickly and prompt drink refills. The building and decor made for a great atmosphere. We saw they have a fantastic patio that we'd love to come back for outdoor dining in the summer. There was a large office gathering that made for a very loud experience, but the energy was fun. Our server was fantastic; the manager seemed worried, stressed and distracted, and was rushing around a lot. Perhaps she's a little micro-managery (she came to our table twice about our cheque even though our server had already gone to get it and the 2nd time had already picked it up), that was the only thing that made for a less than ideal experience - if she hadn't shown something was wrong, we would never have known (we still don't, only that something was wrong by her
