I went last night to pick up my girlfriend's order and went I arrived I was told by the dude at the counter to wait. I was literally waiting 5 minutes for him to finish a conversation with the co-worker about nothing to do with work. I was literally ready to order more, but after that experience my girlfriend will be the one eating here, but it won't be this location. Work on better customer service.
Love the healthy options, especially the Yumm! bowls. Service was extra quick today, likely due to Spring Break. Although, generally get served within 5-10 min or less. Dining room always appears clean, and is never loud/noisy. Good place to meet for lunch and a good conversation/catchup.
I've been here a few times and the service has been stellar every time. The Yumm bowls are definitely designed with dietary restrictions in mind (I'm vegetarian), which is always awesome! Their food is definitely pricey, but I am ALWAYS left satisfied. The ambience is quite nice, too. I'm definitely positively biased because Cafe Yumm is one of my favorite places to eat, but they've never gone wrong and I think that consistency is why they deserve five stars from me.
