Cafe X2O, Claremont

Went in and enjoyed dine-in at their outside tables. The service was great, food was fresh and it made for a nice post-Covid night out. We ordered two of the Vegetarian Plates and some Vegetable Soup. The soup was my favorite personally as it was hearty and sour with a tomato, lemon broth. Delightful.

Located in Downtown Claremont area with ample parking in the parking structure. Upon entering the establishment you are warmly greeted by the staff and seated immediately. The variety of items is great; appetizers, salads, wraps, entrée plates and combo meals (for larger groups). The portions are very generous and the staff is very helpful by answering any questions you have about their menu items. My favorite items to get were the garlic fries (must get it with shredded feta) and the greek salad. The shredded feta complemented the fries perfectly as the warmth of the fries started to melt the feta and it created a "creamy dip" for the fries. The greek salad was a great addition to the meal as it added a fresh and refreshing component to the meal. Can't wait to go back and try the other items in the menu.

First discovered this place as it was a stop during the Claremont Craft Brew Walk, met the owners and they were very friendly and cool. They had their chicken kabobs as the food stop and it was deliciously paired with their garlic sauce, we told them we would come back, and we did! The chicken Kabob was incredibly juicy and flavorful while the Beef Filet Skewer melts in your mouth if you order it rare. The cold sides are bursting with flavors, might be my favorite part of a Mediterranean meal... Definitely give them a go!
