I stopped in yesterday and the line was really long and barely moving so I left as I had groceries in the car. I went home and ordered online and it stated it would be ready in 20 mins. Went to pick it up and it wasn't ready and waited another 25 - 30 min. They said their computer system went down. Several grub hub drivers just left. But when I got the food home, it didn't appear to be fresh like it was made and sitting there. Very disappointing.
Worst location I’ve ever been to. Placed my order for a 4:10 pickup and sent husband to grab it. They “didn’t see our order” and after watching tons of guest go through the line her eventually gets the order 35 minutes past the promised time. The manager couldn’t have cared any less and made no attempts to make the situation right other than to point to the bag with a phone number we could call to complain. On top of that our chips and queso were served in a White Castle bag.. so bizarre.
We order once a week. After not ordering for a month due to the horrible service we have it another try tonight. Order was ready 52 minutes after promised time. Take the time to drive to a different location.
