placed an order online which said pick up time 740 pm. Got there at 740 and no order on the pickup shelf , asked the person behind the counter, who looked at the pickup shelf then looked at several paper and then headed to the back and returned to her original task without saying a word about the status of my order. after 5 minutes I asked the same person, who then told me they hadnt made it yet. I waited an additional 15 minutes before finally being told they ran out of chicken and were currently making more. 20 minutes later my food finally was ready, one of the items i ordered was nachos , on which i paid extra for cilantro, and extra sour cream, the was no sour cream and the cilantro was not cut at all and laying in huge piles in one spot on the nachos it was wilted and gross. I dont think i will ever go back after this experience.
