Absolutely loved this place! I read the ratings about the gumbo so had to try it. The ratings did not disappoint. The gumbo was on point. Seasons were perfect. The amount of large shrimp cooked perfectly was a huge surprise! The owners made me feel so welcomed as soon as I walked through the door. The deserts looked so good but I didn't have any.???? Hope to get up that way again soon so I can try other things prepared by these great people.
The food is to dye for. Remarkable place and very welcomeable owners! A hidden GEM!
There's a reason the gumbo is their star attraction. It's delicious! The cornbread that comes with a bowl is also amazing and pairs well with the gumbo.
