Cafe Momentum is a nonprofit restaurant located in Dallas, Texas that is committed to providing at-risk-youth with the opportunity to gain valuable skills in the culinary industry. The American restaurant provides its staff with an educational kitchen and a 12-month internship program that encourages the youth to explore skills as they gain experience in a professional restaurant setting. With proceeds from the restaurant going towards advanced culinary education training, the organization provides their students with support and access to a culinary school.

A non-profit restaurant where every dish you order serves a greater purpose?! RUN don’t walk to Cafe Momentum! Ambiance: elevated cafe. Perfect for a date night or friends hangout for finer dining in a casual setting. ???? Food recommendations: - Smoked Fried Chicken - NY Strip - Mac & Cheese I did feel like the chicken was undercooked inside and the steak was overcooked, however the presentation was fantastic and was likely a one time scenario. Highly recommend to come and support a great social cause! ????Price: $$$ ($20-$40 entrees) ????Dine in ???? complimentary valet or street parking
What a cool place and the students are amazing and fun to talk to! The Mo Mac & Cheese is legit!!!!
I loved this experience. The food was absolutely incredible. The best steak I’ve ever had. The owner was so kind and talked to us about his plans for the future of the restaurant. Almost all of the staff were friendly and engaged. Some were not, which was to be expected but overall it was fantastic.
