Cafe Madison

The omelette was good, home fries had to much seasoning and corn beef hash was cold. Service was mediocre and the coffee is okay. This place is a solid 3 stars, one of the better breakfast places in the Albany area. .

This is a place that my friend and I have been many many times and we have never been disappointed whether it be the Albany or Loudenville location. We were there this past Sunday and I had full intentions of getting my go-to oatmeal chocolate chip pancakes. Then I saw they had a special of a lemon poppyseed pancake and I couldn’t decide. So… I did what anyone would do… I got both! All I can say is they were amazing! Just amazing. I’m so sad it was only a special because I would eat those lemon poppyseed pancakes EVERYDAY! My bff loved her omelet full of all the feta she was dreaming about! We will of course be back!

Went to Madison Cafe at their second location for Brunch on a Tuesday morning. We were able to be seated right away and were asked to pick whichever seats we wanted. We chose a booth away from the windows, while the temperature was fine for me my S.O. felt cold. We decided to stay in the booth for privacy. I decided on a Chai Coffee w/ Almond Milk and my S.O. got the Simon Says AM Cocktail. The coffee was delicious, however, the cocktail was way too sweet. We decided on the Oatmeal Pancakes and tried three different flavors (the raspberry, the banana, and the apple and walnuts). The pancakes did not disappoint!!!! Delicious! We also had the Bayou Omelette with home fries and they were amazing. Our waitress was friendly and attentive. She checked on us enough but did not feel like a bother. It's always a pleasant time at Madison Cafe in Loudon Plaza. Parking: Parking is available and convenient. Dietary restrictions: There are dairy free options for all those folk with lactose intoleran
