I don't usually leave bad reviews, but my experience here was trash and it warranted this. I had a craving for some Cajun fried shrimp and decided to give this spot a try. Big mistake. First, they operate on an order-by-order basis, so they weren't taking any orders while myself and five other people stood in line for 20 mins. Then, after having finally placed my order, I waited well over half an hour for my food. I was told that I would receive a text message when the food was ready, which never came. Upon asking what was going on with my food, I got this: 1. I informed the hostess politely that it had been a while, and she said that she didn't see them making my food. While I'm standing there, several other people who'd placed orders well after I did, were receiving their food. She didn't bother to ask what was going on with my order, which I then had to specifically ask to check. So disappointed because I was looking forward to trying and they are now 10 minutes away. My wings were not cooked well, pink middle & the fries were horrendous as if they were left over fries from lunch that were re-fried. I came at 6pm on a Saturday and there was no line so I was excited. My guess is that business was slow so they tried it. I would at least expect fresh fries if I’m paying $25 for wings & fries. The beignets are a NOPE. I really wanted to like this spot but maybe it's a hit or miss kind of spot and if so, HUGE MISS. I had to use the air fryer to save the plate in order to not feel like I wasted my money. Service=GREAT Food=Not So Great.

Baby let me tell you! I feel like I just went down the street to New Orleans! The beignets were quick, hot, and SUPERB! I have seen them on TikTok but so glad they opened another location up the street from me now. I also love that it looks like the French quarter. They will definitely be seeing a lot of me! Great customer service to top it off. Highly recommend!
