We’ve been looking for a good Indian restaurant in Atlanta as there just doesn’t really seem to be any. We tried Cafe Bombay and weren’t overly impressed but it wasn’t bad. The portion sizes were good and prices low so they regained a star for this. The food itself was likely just a 3 star. We had the chicken tikka masala and garlic naan. We will likely come back as we’ve yet to find a better option in Atlanta.
Solid place for some staple dishes. The dining room is lovely. Service was excellent, very attentive. There is plenty of parking. We started with the complimentary papadum (thin flatbread / crackers), vegetable samosas and bhel puri. All were great, and the bhel puri was refreshing. For main, we got the garlic naan, laacha paratha, vegetable biriyani, chicken tikka masala, and lamb vindaloo. Everything was good. Forewarning, the biriyani has a spicy kick and the lamb vindaloo has a strong gamey taste.
Visited this place after a while. Definitely the best Indian lunch buffet in greater Atlanta area. Professional staff member, relaxing environment, and high quality dishes. All the foods are made of fresh ingredients and high quality material. The lunch buffet costs $15 which makes that experience even more enjoyable:) My favorite is butter chicken and Naan. All are delicious! Recommended.
