Ordered a pick up in store. Had to wait for 5 mins for someone to come out so I could get my order. One of the sandwiches had a hair in it...I love your guys food but after having the hair in it idk if we will ever eat here again....sadly loved this place! … More
I had an online order and nobody acknowledged me for a solid 5-10 minutes. A staff member I’m pretty sure saw me in her sight and didn’t even acknowledge me even though she was right by my order. The thing I had ordered they were out of and so they offered me a strawberry crème brûlée and it was so bad. The jello hadn’t set up and the crème tasted like yogurt.
Decided to give this place another shot recently and was disappointed again. The employees were chatting, laughing, and casually glancing at the line like it was no big deal there was people waiting. But what really got me was when one employee pulled out her phone and started typing something on it, and then went straight back to directly touching food without changing gloves. I also believe we got overcharged, but I’m much more concerned about the sanitation here.
