I’ve never had a bad experience with Zupas except for yesterday. I ordered delivery through their app and we received the wrong order. When I called them about it they said it was beyond their control because it was Doordash’s fault. They said I could come pick it up but could not refund the delivery fee. They didn’t offer any apology for the mistake, they just blamed it on someone else. I love Zupas but this location needs to work on their customer service and delivery. The people I spoke to were very rude and not helpful, they just made me sound like I was stupid. Also, it had been over an hour since it had been made so I asked if they could remake it which they said was fine. When I came and picked it up, it definitely had not been remade. It was just cold and gross. I wouldn’t recommend delivery through Zupas, but in person the food is great.
This place has the absolute worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my entire life. The people that work here need to be taught how to talk to customers and not just ignore them and talk to their coworkers. I’ve never had a worse experience. I’d recommend going to the Orem location!
