I am from the east coast so Zupas is new to me! But it was wonderful, Kate the manager I believe, she told me about loyalty app [I'm always looking to have an app for where I eat] - I had the lobster bisque and the pork belly sandwich! They were both supporting delicious! & I got a free drink because of the app download ???? Excited to explore more of the menu
I was visiting the area from Pennsylvania. A friend I was visiting suggested we go here for lunch after I arrived. I noticed it was extremely busy when we got to the cafe, but I definitely understand why. It appeared the shift manager was at the front of their assembly line getting orders started. He flawlessly led his team with grace, positivity and without error. It honestly appears to be a fast-paced and at times high pressure environment but he and his team were incredible. And then comes the food… it was spectacular. It was so incredible, I had to stop here for dinner on my last night. Please bring these to the East Coast!
This place is definitely my new go to ! The service was amazing. It was busy when we visited and we didn’t have to wait long at all. Everyone was so personable and Danny was so helpful. It can be overwhelming trying new spots and figuring out what to get and the staff answered every question! The strawberry harvest salad was so good and they had chocolate covered strawberries! Flavorful food, great service, clean location. 10/10 recommend.
