Café Calabria

We hosted our rehearsal dinner at Café Calabria in October. We rented out the upstairs room and had Sandra as our server. Everything was amazing. The food was great, the service was great, and the room was cozy. We had 36 people, and chose to do chicken parmesan and eggplant parmesan, with salad, rolls and pasta. We had bruschetta as our appetizer and chocolate mousse cake as our dessert. We got so many compliments on the food and venue choice. Sandra was kind, quick, helpful, and patient. She worked hard to make sure every single guest was taken care of. Danielle and Mike helped us plan our event and made sure that we had everything we needed when we came in for our event. Not only is it a restaurant with great food, but also great people and service. Would highly recommend this restaurant.

Outstanding food and service that feels like your in an Italian chef’s home. Went with the in-laws who are very fussy who both came away impressed. Linguine with white clam sauce, veal parmigiana and eggplant parmigiana and finally linguine with meatballs and sausage were all tasty and served in large portions. The pre-meal bread, salad and arancini were also delicious. The food is served hot which even in fine dining isn’t always the case. It was a perfect evening.

Went out for my birthday and finally after waiting 20 minutes to get our orders taken we got the eggplant rolatini and calamari. Long story short I got food poisoning. I found a hair in the bottom of the calamari. The hostess and owners were not professional the food is mediocre, at best. Would not recommend this place . If you want to get sick and be out of work for a couples go ahead!
