Third time going to this restaurant and each time same issue. They precook bake potatoe and add cheese upon ordering and you get cold/hard Bake Potatoe with burnt cheese. 1st time I thought because I ate ribs first. 2nd time ordered salmon with baked potatoe, received another burnt cheese with cold baked potatoe didn't think anything of it. 3rd time, invited guest from my church everyone cold potatoe and dried Salmon Everyone disappointed, I was embarrassed. Friendly but, inattentive service. I had the BW House Burger- it was great; cooked and seasoned perfectly, cheese, pickles, onion, lettuce - all excellent. Ordered onion rings- ate one - terrible; over seasoned, over breaded, and had a fishy taste, perhaps from the oil. Left them uneaten on the plate. No one asked if there was something wrong. Staff needs better training. I’ll give it another try - the burger was that good.

So excited this place is finally open! We went to check it out and it did not disappoint! The service was attentive but not over bearing. The food was delicious and came out pretty fast- and the portions are huge! Great value and delicious! Fresh salad, juicy burgers, and the fries were awesome. My daughter cleaned her plate- the mac and cheese is drool worthy. They're still working a few things out since they are still sort of soft opening like they didn't have all of the beers on the menu on tap (minor detail) but we really enjoyed everything and will definitely be back!!
