Buttermilk has a beautiful atmosphere. Wait time was worth it. Once we were sat our server greeted us right away. Daisy was super friendly and attentive for how busy they were. Lots of options to choose from and their serving sizes are huge. It's a little pricey for breakfast foods but you get what you pay for. Food was pretty tasty. Best pancakes I've had in awhile.

TIP: Get here early! The wait was 45 minutes to get a table when we arrived at 11.00 for a party of five. If you are in the Vernon Hills area, you HAVE TO come here for! The food is absolutely delicious, not greasy as you would expect American breakfast food to be, and flavor-packed! They even have a gluten-free menu, so there is certainly something for everyone.
