Butcher & Sprout

Sat in the bar dining area Monday afternoon 9/25. Bartender was extremely attentive with her service. She was knowledgeable about the menu as well. She had a very warm smile as well! I ordered the Butchers board appetizer that was huge and very tasty with a variety of items. I selected the mexican Flank steak with potatoes and street corn. I did not care for the street corn, but it was my first time trying street corn anywhere. The steak was tender and the sauce gave it a nice added kick. Food came out quick and correct with good presentation. Great experience overall from the quality meal to the outstanding customer service of the bartender.

The Butcher and Sprout is a wonderful addition to the Falls. Farm to Table with locally sourced products is always a plus. Supporting local is something I have always looked to do and more so since COVID changed everything. The Butcher and Sprout has a simple but effective menu. Keeping the menu small allows them to have better control over what they put out to the customer. They take full advantage of this and deliver a stellar dining experience. From the food to the drinks, The Butcher and Sprout checks all the boxes. Normally, you would see a Farm to Table concept and think high prices, that is not the case. Their pricing is very reasonable, especially considering the experience they deliver. Food is cooked perfectly, drinks are made with care and the presentation is wonderful. We have dined here for lunch, dinner and brunch. They put the same care into each meal. From the burgers to the eggs, the same attention is put on the plate. The staff is also wonderful. We’ve now been here for happy hour and brunch. Have not been disappointed either time. For happy hour I had a Long Island that was made perfectly and led to a tipsy meal ????. The fried pickles are by far the best we’ve ever had with the perfect pickle to breading ratio. Shaved Brussels sprouts are amazinggg. I even got them as the side to my breakfast sandwich for brunch. The chicken and waffles are also delicious- a very sweet almost dessert like waffle but pairs with the salty chicken and bacon perfectly. My sandwich was egg and bacon with a spicy aioli and grape jelly. Their menu isn’t large but the choices they have are all wonderful. Service is always fantastic as well!
