Bussin Birria Tacos

Crunchy tacos. Fried crunchy tacos that you dip in a beef broth. Good comfort food but not for a diet. The meat is well prepared. Could use less cheese. The beef broth dip is tasty.

Since the name of the restaurant is Bussin, I was hoping for an amazing Birria and tacos. Unfortunately it wasn't bussin at all. We ordered Birria and tacos, beef. Birria was way too greasy and beef lacks flavor and it was very tough. The dipping sauce didn't have any flavor. We were dipping in the sauce to compensate for tough meat. Tortilla for tacos weren't prepared correctly. It seemed like it was just warmed up in a microwave. We will NOT be returning and I don't recommend it.

If you want Mexican, this is a good option in the mall. As other reviews noted, the meats are a bit dry and under seasoned. However, they have a wide selection of sauces and you can doctor up most of the menu items. We ordered a side of queso for $2 and that helped flavor all the items. The nachos were a large portion and had good flavor. Overall, not bad for a food court meal.
