Burros & Fries Lemon Grove

Worst experience ever the lady was in her phone and acted as though i was disturbing her by waiting to order, after which she licks her ungloved fingers while dealing with people food, when we asked for our money back she argued and refused to refund stating the food was already prepared. The manager was no better will never patronize this place. Not to mention an employee came in from outside and started dealing with people's food without washing her hands! Ordered the fried chicken burro (chimangas). At first glance, I thought the prices were a bit high, but then I got my food. This is a beast, no fillers good flavor. Sour cream and guacamole on the side. The restaurant was clean and presentable. The staff were friendly, answered quesions. Second visit, ordered the chips (basically nachos) with steak. Very good.

Just got done eating there. Horrible customer service. Anabell helped us and she was very very rude. She never once smiled at us or made eye contact. We waited over 20 min for our order and never once was our order number called out, I noticed a bag sitting on the counter so i looked up from my table and she said "oh your order is ready." When I said thank you, she never said you're welcome she just turned and walked away. Our food was cold, when she walked over to wipe other tables she never once acknowledged us or asked how our food was. Just an overall horrible experience.
