Burrito Burrito

My sadness is that I will not be able to try all the burritos before I leave town. That crispy rice reminded me of paella, which is wonderful. For covid, they have takeout packages, or you can sit at one of the tables out front.

My husband was very unhappy with me when I selected a vegan restaurant for lunch. However, after tasting his food (the philuminati burrito), he reluctantly agreed that it was amazing. I got the space cowboy bowl, and it was so flavorful. I normally don't like onion rings, but these were crispy and not at all greasy. The black beans and rice were delicious. It was also very refreshing to eat an entire burrito bowl and not feel heavy and bloated afterwards. Can't wait to go back!

So I picked this place at random off Google maps. My spouse and I have no idea it was vegan/vegetarian. I have never tried vegan/vegetarian food before due to the stereotypes but we stayed and am I glad we did. We were both very impressed by the food we were served. They plates seemed a little packed which made it hard to get a grasp on what the overall idea of the plate was but it was good. Anyway, I am 100% sure we will be back. And to the owner thank you for opening my eyes to a new style of cuisine.
