Burnt End BBQ in Denver

I’ve been a patron for more than five years and I picked up burnt ends for my mom’s birthday. I ordered 2 1/2 pounds of Burnt Ends and when they weighed it , it was 2.13 pds and they proceed to tell me that was over 2.8 pds, I was in a bind, this is what our meal was, so I ordered another 1/2 pd. It was not a half pd. I am disappointed. $95 dollars and to be shorted on the amount, and only two slices of bread,

I used to love this place and took clients here for lunch a lot. Their lunch portions have gotten extremely small and are still super pricey. This meal was $20 for two meat combo. As you can see there are two burnt end portions and barely any mac & cheese. Not worth it for $20.

Absolute stellar spot for BBQ (think I should have bingo by now for all the BBQ joints I've hit lately). Just phenomenal here! Lots of awesome options for sides, quality meat cut excellent, solid selection of sauces, varying specials, easy ordering, clean, nice staff, patio...SO MUCH TO LOVE HERE. But really the BBQ is tops and I'll be a regular here. Sooo many great side options to complement the meats which makes it hard to choose, but more reasons for multiple visits. The crispy Brussels couldn't have been more perfect though. South side BBQ heaven!
