Don't buy the new Breaded Chicken Sandwich at Burgerville, it's horrible! Good fresh condiments on it, but the Chicken was a totally bust not fit for human consumption! Not even sure it had real Chicken in it extremely disappointing! Doesn't meet the Burgerville claim of fresh NW ingredients at all! They used to have a great Grilled real Chicken Sandwich on a multi-grain bun that was to die for with BQ sauce! I would only recommend the Burgers, Fries and Shakes now!
The only downside is location and popularity lol sometimes the drive through has 3 cars and sometimes it has 12. You never know. I do like ordering ahead here and skipping the line! Very much preferred. Also, the cold brew shake is delicious
I did a pick up order for lunch for the work crew. I mistakenly didn’t check the bag well enough and was missing two burgers and a fry when I got back to work. I called and talked to Chuck. He asked how he could make it right. I said have the food delivered. They don’t have a way to initiate a Door Dash order so he brought it us himself. Talk about going above and beyond. Thank you for great service Chuck!!
