Amazing staff, delicious burgers, try Parm+Herb fries!! Banana Churro Custard shake is really special too.
If you've ever been to a high school football game and had a hamburger cook by a volunteer band dad from frozen institutionall food, you've had a BurgerFi. An unseasoned party too small to fit the bun, a single piece of lettuce and a quarter-sized stain of special sauce made up my entire burger. I soaked through two napkins with the grease off one onion ring. They want you to believe that they're forward thinking and socially responsible, but they apparently don't pay well, since they 'suggest' an 18% tip for counter service. We still had to wipe off our own table before we ate, despite there only being three parties in the dining room. Hard pass.
Burger was very good…fresh and flavorful! The home-cut fries were well seasoned and cooked to perfection! The customer service is also very good…Sue was awesome!
