My favorite burgers hands down!!! So delicious and fresh! Their French fries are ???????????? pay attention to your order they usually take long and a few times my food was missing one of my toppings. Aside from that they are really good!

We order 2 chicken tender Kids meal and only fries were inside the bags , we order 2 cheese burgers kids meals with bacon and no bacon was inside the burger. The buns were all smooshy. We call the aventura store and the manager Margaret that's the name she give us. She was yelling on the phone telling me "how is there no tenders in that big bag" and one of the cheese burgers was completely raw. Very disappointing with the manager attitude. She was very disrespectful. I can't believe she was yelling on the phone and didn't want to listen what I was exaining We took pictures of our order. My order # 17718589236936704

They started out making exceptional burgers that were fresh, hot , with great fries. Over the past few months we noticed the burgers are ready very quickly. Reason is burgers appear pre-made, burgers are not hot, barely warm, mealy meat, fries overdone and not warm. Too bad they got sloppy..not worth the money. We will not be back.
