I’d been here before a few years ago, I got the chicken sandwich, fries and a red velvet shake, and I remember loving it so I figured I’d try it again while I was in town. This time the food was surprisingly mediocre for the price I paid. I ordered delivery this time so I wasn’t expecting everything to be fresh and hot but it was still pretty warm when I got it so that wasn’t even the problem. I ordered the chicken tenders, which were the only decent part of my order, the fries and a vanilla shake. I wasn’t expecting much from the fries but they were horrible. Not crispy at all, it was just grease soaked potatoes. The tenders were fine, the chicken was cooked well but the breading was a little too greasy and tasted kind of burnt so I had to stop eating cuz it was making me feel sick. I also didn’t get any of the sauces I requested for it, I only received little ketchup and mayo packets. The milkshake was probably the worst. Got the CEO and herb parm fries. Total was $18.64 for just the burger and regular size fries. The core of what make a burger (beef patties and bun) was severely lacking for the cost. The fries (potatoes) were in the same boat. The sauces, cheeses, spices, and herbs were excellent. However, at the end of the day you don't have an excellent burger and fries, you just have excellent sauces, cheeses, spices, and herbs. I'd rather have a burger from a Wendy's or Steak n Shake and skip all the expensive toppings to mask the lackluster base of the burger. Disappointing experience
