Burger Up Franklin

15 minutes to be seated while at like 20% capacity. Over an hour of waiting on the food,order was slightly wrong with pickles still being on the sandwich-that’s whatever it happens. Wagyu burger was dry as hell. The onion rings look amazing but they just weren’t our kinda thing and the truffle fries were just overpowering with the truffle oil. Max and cheese bites were nice and the milkshakes were ok. The hot chicken sandwich was buffalo

I have attached a picture of what they call pimento cheese. That should say enough for itself. The food was not worth the wait and the house made ketchup was… interesting at best. (Definitely not a fan) I was upgraded to a wheat bun without being asked and that only added to the dryness of my food. They seemed under staffed or unorganized. The bar was packed and the bartender Faith had the entire bar top (full) and her tables. We spent 10 minutes with empty plates before she was able to get us out of there. The experience would have been more enjoyable if we would have been asked if our food was okay when it came out or even shortly after as we needed drinks and other items. Im glad she did give us water with our tea bc we did not get refills until the end of our meal. I don’t think this is her fault but management needs to rearrange or hire more staff.

Great atmosphere. Hostess was very quick to seat us. Waitress was very attentive and checked on us often. Little pricey but other than that great place. Check them out. Look like they had a wide variety of beers but I d iui didn't partake on this day.
