ordered a burger & fries and came home to find a cold patty. when i spoke with the owner/cook about it, he proceeded to completely deny any wrongdoing or apologize. he then went on to hang up the phone in the midst of the conversation. i paid $16 for a cold patty and a rude interaction. i can tell you now, it’s not worth it. steer clear!
A colleague of mine recommended this place. I used to go to the old burger pointe on Kercheval-was sad to see it go. I got the chicken sandwich and cheese fries. Very tasty and reasonably priced too. I’ll be coming back to try the shakes, heard good things about them.
Absolutely incredible food at great prices. This place is an amazing value. They use high quality ingredients. Even the cheese sauce on their cheese fries is a step above the fake yellow plastic stuff you'd expect. I'm writing this review after at least six incredibly delicious orders there.
