I ordered a whopper well done off the broiler it wasn’t well done it was microwaved. The bun was soggy and falling apart. Burger King is not what it used to be when I was a kid the burgers were actually flame broiled on the grill. I took the whopper back and got my money back it was so gross.
I got to go through the drive thru and had one of the best consumer experiences in quite some time. The gentleman at 5pm made the experience that much more. I haven't had a whopper in ages and boy did it bring my inner child out. I will return as a happy customer again!
the worst customer service i ever had didnt recived what i order ..ask the lady to exchange it for me she refused...ask me to pay again for my order..it was $26 of order...i canceld my order get refund..and went to Macdonald...sham on burgerKing thats hird people like her to represent the company...
