Burger King

I walked in the restaurant, and I was immediately impressed by the overall cleanilness. The floors, tables, counters, the windows were all spotless. I believe it to be the cleanest in Terrell! I was early for the dinner time, so no one was in there when I ordered our meal. They gave me special attention and was extremely polite throughout. The burgers were really good and we definitley will order there again.

We were the O N L Y people in the restaurant (dining room). There was 1 cook, and two other guys working there. That's it ! It took about 5 minutes for one of them to come take our order. As usual in most fast food places, they were more concerned with the drive thru than the counter customers. He took our order and we sat down. After 25 minutes waiting, we finally went and asked about our order, and they weren't sure what happened to it. They thought they might have given it to one of the drive thru customers. We asked for a refund, and it took forever for him to figure out how to do that. He finally did. First of all, the restaurant was WAY understaffed. You can't run a business (restaurant) effectively with that few people. Then, at least one of them needs to know what's going on and kinda run the place. That wasn't happening. Dang, that was one of the poorest excuses for a Burger King I have ever been in. Definitely won't be back here. I blame it on the

Did not get what we ordered. Paid for extra toppings and did not get them. Filed a complaint as we paid $25.00 for a double whopper meal that ended up being a Texan with Jalapeño. No heavy onion, no heavy lettuce or tomato. No complaint response from the franchise owner
