Burger King

The server walked away from the counter the moment she spotted me and eventually one of the cooks helped me instead. I figure ok maybe she's just busy with some other stuff and that was weird timing. I ordered one double stacker king and was greeted with this thing. After I started eating it the same young lady who walked away started laughing loudly from just around the corner. Guess I was wrong for walking in at 6pm the day after Christmas but you could've at least melted the cheese like why? Who hurt you? Why did you feel it necessary to take it out on me and my burger? I feel personally attacked sure but what did my burger do to deserve that?

I would love to leave a negative 10 stars on this location. My wife and I tried to go through the drive thru on 8-18-22 at 8:30 pm. Upon arriving to this location we witnessed 2 employees sitting on the curb just outside the dining room entrance smoking pot, when we pulled up to the drive thru to order, a few of the other employees were smoking as well and I was told they were closed. The website and the phone both said that the drive thru was open til 10pm. I attempted to ask a young male employee why they closed early and his response was “we are closed if you don’t like it go somewhere else” well I did I took my business to Jack In The Box.

I go here a lot because it’s close to my work and it’s not the best the one by my house is faster and aren’t ever missing like they were today. I did a mobile order and got there to realize there were no cars or employees in sight. Literally don’t get how you can be open and have no one working. Probably won’t ever go again unless I need to. Hope they can fix these issues it’s sad to think I don’t even get the food that was promised so I’ll be hungry the rest of my shift.
