I’m not one to run to giving bad reviews unless I’ve had MULTIPLE issues with a location. This location has more than dwindled. This is my 3rd time going to this location recently, and each time has been absolutely ridiculous. They close up to 3 hours early, comms don’t work, always waiting up to 20-30 minutes in a nearly empty drive-thru, and never actually receiving our food. We arrived at 9:15 and waited at the order screen to no avail. We circled the building due to not being serviced yet the lights are on with employees inside. We finally arrive to the window only to be informed they don’t have half of the order. Instead of letting us choose a replacement we were issued a refund and left the line. A waste of gas and time. Just get rid of the location at this point.

I have two BKs closer to my house, but I usually go here because the food is usually fresher and better. Today I went there for takeout and I ordered a Whopper, the Whopper Jr (2 for $5), a cheeseburger and a fry. As we were leaving the employee said everything was "fresh". The sandwiches were cold, the fries old and we did not get one of the sandwiches (I usually check, but did not this time). I don't know what happened to this location, but they should replace the manager as I won't be back. Not only the food, but the soda machine was almost out of everything, the soda counter was dirty and the floor had dirt and grease all over it. Have never seen this place that nasty. Not only that, someone asked if the bathroom was open and he was told that the employees did not have the key for the bathroom.

On 7-25-23 around 7:30pm. I order 2 Jr whoppers and it was the worst decision ever. Took them 10 mins before getting my food. The drive thru and the parking lot was empty. Thank god because it probably would've took them 30 mins to give us the Food. The food was so bland, nasty, cold, not made correctly and SUPER DRY. I WISH I COULD RATE THEM 0 ⭐️s. Never ever will return to this location again????. SHAME ON YOU GUYS!!!
