The service was not too great. There was no one in line ahead or behind us and it took over 30 min. to get our food. We asked for no ketchup on one of the burgers and when it came out with ketchup they just said I didn't hear you. She then took back the one with ketchup threw it in the trash and brought us back the new burger without cheese. They also forgot our apple juice. When we asked them for the that (the third time), she rolled her eyes at us. We were very dissatisfied with our service.
Troy did an amazing job with his customer service but giving us fresh food and giving the kids ice cream on a very hot day.
The crew is absolutely professional. The best Burger King I've been to. Ever. Hate to say it but the staff is mature so they work with purpose and it reflects on the food they put out.
