Burger King

This place is poorly ran! A few things that make this place horrible: 1. The drive thru screen does not work. They don't even tell you that. Not any notation. 2. You have to place your order at the window. So you literally have to remember your order. 3. When you get to the window to place your order, you see a written sign state "exact change only, or credit card only". (THIS IS SOMETHING THAT SHOULD BE NOTED AT THE SCREEN. YOU SHOULDNT HAVE PEOPLE WAIT IN LINE TO ORDER IF THEY ONLY HAVE BILL BILLS OR NO CARD) 4. THE KIDS IN THERE ARE HORRIBLE WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE. 5. I TOLD THE YOUNG LADY WITH THE DREAD LOCS MY ORDER 3 TIMES. SHE WAS SO INTERESTED IN HEARING WHAT HER COWORKER WAS SAYING (YOUNG BOY IN THE BACK OF HER). THEY WERE LAUGHING AND JOKING AROUND. 6. IF I DIDN'T WAIT IT THE LINE FOR SO LING I PROBABLY WOULD HAVE NEVER ORDERED. BUT I FELT LIKE I WASTED MY TIME SO MUCH I HAD TO GET SOME FOOD. BUT I WATCHED THEM PREPARE MY ORDER. 7. THEY GAVE ME MY ORDER. BUT IT WAS NOT COMPLET

We were waiting for over 10 minutes in the drive thru and no one responded. Once we decided to go to the window, you could see the workers laughing and horsing around. When they finally saw us they said its closed and it's 4:21pm on a Wednesday afternoon how would burger King close!?!? If I could leave 0 stars I would. We weren't even able to get food! Horrible service!!!! THIS ESTABLISHMENT NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN!!!

WOW..if I could give this place less than 0...it need to be closed. Someone please call the Health Inspector. Nasty, Dirty and food is awful. Who owns this joint!!! Intercom system has been down over a month. One window take THE order and money and then you wait another 20-25 minutes or more to get order from the same window!! PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE.. MAYBE IF WE STOP GOING...IT WILL GET BETTER. I got onion rings and they were soggy and cold. Also got a whopper and mayo was so thick that I could have put on another sandwich. AWFUL!!!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED...STAY AWAY!!!!
