Burger King

BK is my favorite fast food restaurant, you can't argue with the flame broiled goodness. Unfortunately they were very understaffed and could only do so much, the service was prompt and friendly but the food did take longer than usual, Also because they share a space with a gas station it wasn't as upkepted as other locations, overall still great food. Vegetarian options: Beyond whopper is surprisingly good.

A young man came in and said he was missing a burger. His wife was on the phone a woman working there was on her phone with her purse and jacket on yelling at this poor guy over a 2 dollar burger. He came back 3 times very politely and confused and the woman working there were so mean to him. He was so soft spoken not rude at all and she turned her back to him and refused to speak to him. Even the cooks were looking at her like what is wrong I can fix it but she told them not to. I felt so bad for this guy and all the people that work with that woman.

Understaffed, isn't a good reason to have horrible customer service. Worst dining experience in a really long time. You have to repeat your order over and over and over. The frosty machine broke and they offered me another soda instead of a refund. Then helped 4 customers instead of giving me my refund of the frosty I bought. I had to stop them from taking another order to get them to give me my refund ( just for the frosty). One of the junior members said don't bother coming back here. Yeah, I wasn't ever coming back. Using we're understaffed as an excuse isn't an excuse for having no manners to paying customers.
