I waited quite a while only to get like actual wood chips in my sandwich. I am so confused. But also so grossed out.
On my last visit 9/19 at 1930, the lobby was closed. I could only see one person working the line. I went to the drive through and placed an order. I noticed it was a different person than who was working the line. That made two on staff. Here's where they shine that night. I had my order in about 3 minutes. It was accurate, piping hot, and the fries were freshly pulled and delicious. The person working the window was courteous, smiling and showed no sign of the stress I'd have been feeling trying to work that store with two people. Thank you to the staff that night for the hard work they did to serve their customers. Great job!
Still a delicious Burger & beverages. Fries are never fresh & taste stale. Need to come up with comparable fries to McD's or Carl's Jr.
