It's clear to me why Burger King's are disappearing all over after my visit to this store. The food was awful and the service was horrendous! I didn't see a single smile on anyone's face nor did I hear any pleases or thank yous from anyone including the manager who was scrubbing some dirty shelving unit right on top of the front counter revolting!!!!/
Terrible, Super slow and incompetent service. They made me wait for a breakfast between 15-18 minutes in a drive thru that once you enter you cannot leave until the first 3-4 cars have been attended to. And all this just to tell me that already They did not serve breakfast. (it was around 10:10 am.when I arrived) .I spoke to a supervisor to tell him that I was entitled to an exception He showed a tremendous lack of skills.,and lack of consideration and he denied and when I was leaving he With a mocking and loudly voice told me sorry. He knew he wasted my time and I was feeling disappointed.
Portions are getting smaller, got a cheeseburger, was small,old and lukewarm. I miss the days when fastfood was hot,quick and customer service was a priority.
