Burger King

Went inside where there was no one waiting, no one at the drive thru and one car in the parking lot. I wondered why and when walking in, I realized why. There was a couple eating in the corner table, floors were FILTHy with food but yet, the employees were to busy NOT doing anything. The 3 employees were busy talking, eating and playing with some sauce. 2 employees made eye contact with me but never said a word. I waited for 5 mins while still being ignored. I asked for help but they were too busy engaging in whatever conversation/food tasting they were doing. I see why this place is never busy. All burger kings are the same!!! I ended up leaving and going to Culvers..Fire your employees and start over but start with a new management team.

Consistently a bad experience. Usually try every 6 months or so to see if there was a change in management or staff, but it only seems to get worse. Went to the drive through to grab drinks the other day, somehow ended up taking forever just for that. No one else in the drive through, no one inside, and one car in the parking lot. No one answered the call box in the drive through, and had to call out to get someone to respond. They had an attitude when taking the order for 2 drinks, and an attitude at the window. Looked like 2 employees working who were just goofing off inside. They gave the drinks, but no straws. When I asked for the straws the guy got more of an attitude about being inconvenienced. No more try’s for this location.

Went thru drive thru. Spent 67 dollars for 7 people. Wanted shake's, and one sweet tea. was told no shakes and tea were available. So we got cokes. We received our drinks at the drive thru and was told to drive around to the front and park. Had to wait 15 plus minutes for our actual food. Asked if we had everything and we were on our way when we got home we realized they forgot to give us the drink with the kids meal. Overall the food ie burgers was good, but not happy with the lack of availability of items and the slow service. From the time we got our drinks till the time we got home they were basically watered down. They should have given us our drinks along with the food when everything was ready all together.
