Communication is a weak point at this location. The drive thru is an absolute failure. Numerous times I’ve received a sandwich with cheese on it when I specifically requested otherwise. I just ordered a whopper combo and was asked if I wanted to add cheese and bacon. I said “no thanks.” Lo and behold I received a whopper with cheese. Never fails. Fed it to wildlife.
I love coming to this BK because everyone is always sooooooo nice. Every single time. The people are friendly, polite, and kind. The food is always fresh and I love that the original chicken sandwich is always juicy. But the fact that everyone is so nice keeps me coming back.
This burger King does not have a baby Changer in the bathroom, and the Manager did not seem to really care. During the time I was eating he kept telling me that he needs a big bathroom for people with disabilities I understand that but it was really big and I think there could be a baby changer inside. REALLY BAD EXPERIENCE!:(
