My wife and I wanted Burger King for dinner and that’s what we got. Order of 8 piece mozzarella sticks and a whopper with onions after my wife stated “no onions on the burger”. My mozzarella sticks were hard, cheese was stiff it looked old. I went to bite in to one and couldn’t because it was like cardboard! Normally we don’t have an issue at night ordering from Burger King everything is normally fresh but this was unacceptable messing with peoples food like that. Managers please advise your teams or associates to serve how the associates would like to be serve. EX: Fresh food being distributed to the customers!
They can't ever get my order right unless it's the female manager.At night they confuse single cheese burgers for double cheese burgers not spending money here anymore to get a messed up order
Sometimes they are good. However they get orders incorrect all the time. Why do they put the heal of a tomato on sandwiches? Would you eat the stem?
