The young lady behind the counter did an excellent job handling orders at the counter and the drive-thru by herself! The wait time was reasonable and she was very pleasant, greeting everyone who entered the store and letting them know she would be with them ASAP. Kudos to the cook as well! Ordered 2 "Have it your way" SW bacon whopper jr. meals, When I got home, I didn't get my 2 4-piece chicken nuggets. I tried calling the restaurant 3 times, but was not able to get through. I know it was an honest mistake, but It wasn't even a special order I spent $20 it wasn't busy. I was the only one in the drive-thru.
My order was missing some items. It happened more often. Please always check your bags before you leave so you don't have to come back. At least they were nice to give the rest of my order.
