This burger king had great customer service. I had placed a mobile order for 2 packs of 2pk chocolate chip cookies. When I went to pick them up they didnt have any. The lady asked if i would like a hershey pie instead. I have never had them but since it was so difficult to get a refund for a mobile order we tried them. When I opened the bag she gave me 3 pies. One for each of my kids. They loved the pies! We will be back for more!!!!
Rosa the manager there is very rude and obnoxious no customer service or communication skills. She is also very rude and disrespectful to the young employees that work under her. I will be making a formal complaint with the franchise owner and hopefully they remove her from the job she claimed to not need, want or care about at all as she exclaimed in front of all the employees and customers in the restaurant.
Service was great and nice employees! Eating area was clean, restrooms were clean. The onion rings were very dry but fish burger was delicious. Other than that very nice no problems.
