I would give this bk ZERO stars. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. A few workers are disrespectful, always arguing and cursing infront of customers ( young ladies acting very ghetto) SPOILED creamer in my coffee, cold burgers, old fries. So degrading. If you don’t believe me just visited on a Friday at 7pm. Matter of facts anytime, would never go back.

I went to the location at 1500. I tried to use BK coupons that arrived to my home, there was a problem with the system and some of them did not show up. When I got to the drive-thru window to pick up my order, the manager was very disrespectful. She did not want to take my order, and she was calling the cops. She said to 911 that I was blocking the drive-thru when I was just waiting for my food. I asked for her name multiple times, and she did not give me an answer. It's hard to believe that a manager cares so little about costumers. She started the problem, instead of de-escalating it. I am a US Marines veteran that was disrespected just for making an order in a drive-thru. I am very disappointed about the quality of people that are representing BK in its locations. I am hoping that corporate actually cares about costumers and contact me about this issue.
