Burger King

The girl working the drive thru window clearly was having an off morning but ok, it's Monday. But I made the mistake of looking in the kitchen, not the cleanest.. but ok, it's fast food and seek and you'll find.. so I was going to ignore that. But the 5 piece French toast stick combo I ordered was inedible. Too salty and clearly whomever made it didn't care. Order time and date on receipt pic

Got a couple Burgers, onion rings and poppers. Burgers burnt, ordered a South West bacon and a Texas whopper and there's no bacon nor were any of the customizations even attempted Tried to call but the number is disconnected. So now I'm out a good chunk of cash for horrible food and surprisingly worse customer service. I know they're short staffed but it's crazy that this place is even still open in my opinion.

Worst experience by far horrible customer service! All I wanted was a sweet tea and nuggets when I went through the drive thur the person on the speaker was so rude all I said was Hi can I just get a medium sweet-which they answered before I could even finish “We have no drinks” I didn’t think much of it so I just said oh no drinks at all once again they said “We have no drinks” so i said it was fine and when i started to try to order again before I could even finish again they said “Hold on” after they were ready I just asked for nuggets understandable if they were having a bad day but no need to take it out on the customers! It was the way they answered as in like they were annoyed. Mind you it was only two cars in the drive thur. After they said pull up they started calling someone on the phone forgetting to turn off the headset.
