Burger King

Not sure why but this particular Burger King is always very slow..... I am sure but the wait times that they are under staffed. However, the business needs to understand that if I am waiting 30 minutes for food that I could cook a better meal in less time. More and more I do my best to avoid this location due to the extreme wait times. In addition the cleanliness of this location could be improved.

I’ve always been a fan of Burger King because the food most of the time tastes better. It’s sad to see that they aren’t more of them. However today I went to this Burger King, of which I’ve been to many of times but after today, this might be my last. I can deal with slow times because of staffing issues but I can’t deal wrong orders or attitude. I ordered 2 breakfast meals with drinks plus an iced coffee and I ordered a hamburger happy meal for my kid. They screen had it as a cheeseburger meal. I said can you change it to hamburger and I only want Lettuce Tomato Mayo and onion. Of course it was a cheeseburger with everything plus the lettuce tomato and onion. While at the window I paid with my card. The young lady working the window asked if I wanted a receipt and I said yes I would, she didn’t give me one with my card, I assumed it was in the bag. This place is empty, only a few people people were eating,some customers teens just went there and play loud tiktok videos and then left without eating or placing an order. The place had flies and some tables were not cleaned. The girls that are sisters did a wonderful job. We order some food first and an old couple came and they ordered their food and they recieved the food first???
