Burger King

Worst Burger King for it to be fairly new. They locked the door at 8pm and I had a counter pick up order. The manager on duty then told the guy working…tell her to go to drive thru. You have 2 employees laying in the lobby in the booth seats 1 at the counter looking in space. Get to drive thru she asks me to pull up cause my order not ready. It’s been 15mins! I’m over Burger King they need to have negative stars!!!!!!!

Went there yesterday, the Latin lady at the register was super rude, got a bit testy when I ordered 2 burgers using my rewards point, she said I could only have one (even though I had plenty of points to cover 4 burgers). She said she would have to charge me for the second. I got the one burger AND THEN I order the second one. She did not like that. Used to have good service here, not anymore, never going back.

never polite. don’t ask them for a special request bc they’ll do the exact opposite of what you ask. asked for light savory sauce on the spicy chicken sandwich and i got none of the spicy sauce and both sides of the sandwich were CAKED with OLD savory sauce. photo is after i tried wiping it off to save it. didn’t work because i realized just how old the sauce was. this has happened to me several times, usually during the evening shift. get it together.
