Went because I saw the Big King advertised and they didn't have it but I could order it through the app! Hmmmmmm! And they forgot my fries then when I received them the medium fries was half filled. Not a good experience.
Your main manager needs to be trained on how he speaks to people and to his employees. You wonder why you have such a high turnover rate.
Was picking up a mobile order through the drive thru because that’s what it said on the phone and they argued that I needed to come in. After that, they just gave me one item and was expecting me to leave, I let them know there was more to the order. The girl that took the order had an attitude the whole time and didn’t show acceptable customer service, while the guy with her did not as well. Would recommend accommodating employees that are not rude.
