Well since my order was way wrong and was over $40.00 I am absolutely not happy at all. Double whoppers. Um no I ordered a number 1 large a number 10 medium 2 8 piece nuggets a normal whopper a bacon melt and mozzarella sticks. Tell me why that is not what my reciept says?!
Took my godson there tonight for something quick, decided to go in instead of waiting in the drive-thru, I ordered within a few minutes and the cashier was nice, but I waited 10 plus minutes for my food and watched it sit in the window for 7 of those minutes while drive thru food was bagged up instead, my fries where burnt along with my chicken sandwich that was super greasy and tasted like it was thrown back in the fryer to heat up... so not worth 5 dollars let alone the $20 I spent...
Horrible service. Employees do not provide customer service at all. Wait times inside the lobby and drive thru are ridiculous, even when they're not busy no cars around at all.
