I understand everybody is shorthanded and I totally respect everyone there who showed up for work. But if you don’t have enough people to run the front counter lock the doors and just do drive through. Stood there for 20 minutes to wait on two whopper juniors to go. They cared more about the drive-through than they did ones that were standing there waiting for food inside. Again if you don’t have the employees just do drive-through. And one more thing have your employees pull their pants up are you kidding me. You have to be towed to tell your employees to pull their pants up. No respect for your customers at all will not be back.

As long as the right crew is in, this location is on point! Only had a couple of bad experiences with the food.. from lunch time shifts mainly. Dinner crew is awesome! Vegetarian options: Impossible whopper Kid-friendliness: Kid's meals Parking: Handful of parking spots Wheelchair accessibility: A crosswalk with a ramp.

Horrific drive through service. Understaffed likely and the staff they do have are highly challenged with the ability to do the job. Kitchen folk are probably fine but they need a more competent employee interfacing with public. Been a problem with the woodruff road BK for a while now.
